Shawn calls every enquiry back himself and can usually get out to look within a few days. If the roof is actively letting water in, say so when you get in touch and it gets moved up the list.

We don't take on lead work, thatched roofs or conservatory roofs. If that is what you need, you are better off with a specialist, and we will tell you so straight away.

No. We don't take deposits, and payment is only made once you are happy with the work that has been done.
